TEHRAN (IRNA) – The Fajr International Film Festival (FIFF) provides good opportunities for the viewers to watch Iran and Asia’s new top movies, a Spanish cinema expert said.
"This festival gives me the chance to watch the latest Iranian movies and good movies of Asia and the region and select them for Valladolid International Film Festival before they make their way to Cannes Film Festival,” Director of Valladolid International Film Festival Javeir Angulo said.
'I watched two really good Iranian movies and was so impressed besides having the chance to watch a good movie from Kyrgyzstan,' he added.
'This is the second year I am attending the Fajr International Film Festival,' he said, stressing that the overall atmosphere and the holding film market of the festival is at a high level.
The 35th Fajr International Film Festival (FIFF) started on April 21 and is expected to wrap up on April 28.
