TEHRAN (IRNA) – Iran’s Health Minister Bahram Einollahi on Monday praised the promotion of the country’s scientific ranking to 15 as a great achievement of the 13th administration.
The health minister was speaking at the opening ceremony of the 28th Razi Medical Science Technology and Research Festival in Tehran.
He said that the promotion of Iran’s scientific ranking from 16 to 15 is a great achievement of the current administration, adding that the festival is aimed at focusing on knowledge-oriented products.
He also said that universities of medical sciences across Iran have produced 31,000 articles, and that the average of the research growth in the medical science field is 8.23.
The health minister also hailed Iran’s self-sufficiency in the health sector.
