TEHRAN -- President Ebrahim Raisi said on Wednesday that the administrative system in the country should be transformed. Speaking in a conference on the occasion of national Government Week, President Raisi said that accountability in Iran is defined in four spheres, i.e. accountability to God, citizens in general, clientele, and hierarchy. He also underscored self-control as the best instance of control systems and prevalence of morality and spiritually in the administrative system which would lead to a decrease in violations.
