MANAMA (Press TV) – Bahrain’s most prominent cleric Ayatollah Sheikh Isa Qassim has felicitated Sheikh Ibrahim Zakzaky, leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria, over his and his wife’s acquittal of the charges leveled against them and their release from jail. Sheikh Qassim, in a statement, described the 68-year-old Nigerian Muslim cleric as a “zealous” campaigner for Islamic teachings, human dignity, and freedom of human beings.
