TEHRAN -- Iran’s deputy foreign minister for political affairs said Monday Tehran and Beijing, as reliable partners, have common views on the United States’ unlawful and unilateral sanctions imposed on the Islamic Republic.
“Iran and China, as reliable partners, share views on the illegal nature of U.S. sanctions and the significance of the rule of law in international relations,” Ali Baqeri-Kani said after a phone call he had with China’s vice-minister of foreign affairs, Ma Zhaoxu.
