Ministry: Some 63 Million Iranians Vaccinated
TEHRAN – The Iranian Health Ministry said on Saturday that more than 18.6 million people have received both doses of the coronavirus vaccine.
New figures released by the Health Ministry indicated that more than 62.9 million doses of coronavirus vaccines have been administered as least one dose of the vaccine as of Saturday. President Ebrahim Raisi called for uninterrupted observance of health protocols to tackle the coronavirus pandemic, warning that laxity in conforming to the restrictions may trigger a new wave of contagion.
