Retreat of American Occupation Forces in Full Acceleration

By: Kayhan Int’l Staff Writer

From Syria comes the heartening news of the retreat of American occupation forces from three of their illegal bases, bringing prospects of peace to a country which for the past ten years has been plunged into an unwanted crisis by the West, its Arab reactionary clients, the illegal Zionist entity, and to a certain extent, Turkey.
It seems that Washington is beginning to realize its limitations and the futility of trying to destabilize independent countries by arming macabrely murderous terrorists with all sorts of dangerous weapons including use of chemical arms to leave a trail of death and destruction.
For long the elected government in Damascus has lodged complaints at the UN for withdrawal of all occupation forces from its soil, especially of the CENTCOM terrorists, but the Americans who were never invited to Syria, had ignored the calls in order to steal oil from the Euphrates basin, in addition to grooming separatists and coordinating with Israel in its frequent air raids.
Now with Syria improving its air defences and the armed forces emboldened in thwarting on many occasions the hitherto free movement of the US occupiers, President Joe Biden knows that it is only a matter of time for the Yankees to return home in body bags to his further humiliation following the debacle in Afghanistan.
The US withdrawal has also made people in Iraq jubilant and they expect the CENTCOM terrorists to meet the parliament’s long standing decision for closure of all US occupation bases.
Iraq’s famous anti-terrorist movement, the Hashd ash-Sha’bi, has already served notice to the Americans to either leave by the year’s end or risk being kicked out with possible loss of life.
According to reports, the Syrian bases from which the Americans were forced to retreat includes the al-Omar Oilfield in the eastern province of Dayr az-Zawr.
The other two bases from which the US occupation forces have retreated are near the Qamishli District in the Hasakah Province in the northeast, which were being used as conduits for terrorists coming in from Turkey.
It should be recalled, the US invaded Syria in 2014 in order to have physical presence for helping the terrorists massacre the Syrian people to the tune of 500,000, make millions of others homeless, drive many more into exile, and turn flourishing cities into ghost towns.
Thanks, howecer, to the firm support of Syria’s Sunni Muslim majority (both the army and the civilians) to the elected government of Dr. Bashar al-Assad, coupled with the timely response to request for help from Damascus by its friends in Iran, Lebanon, and Russia, the US and its comrades-in-crimes miserably failed in disintegrating Syria.
The Americans had repeated the same scenario of mass murder and destruction through the Daesh Takfiri terrorists in Iraq, where again the people’s resistance and timely help to them from the Islamic Republic of Iran prevented the country from turning into Takfiristan.
After the exit of the Yankees from Syria and Iraq, they should definitely be chased out from the Persian Gulf, the Gulf of Oman, and Red Sea so that our part of the world becomes free of the destabilizing presence of the CENTCOM terrorists.
