‘Horse’s Teeth’ Makes It to Canadian Festival
TEHRAN (IFILM) -- Iranian short flick ‘Horse’s Teeth’ has been selected to compete at the 21st edition of the Nickel Independent Film Festival in Canada.
Directed by Roya Nejadshojaee, the short film tells the story of a young couple who, on their wedding anniversary, are trying to fulfill a previous promise they made; but one of them is trying to stop it.
Some of the actors performing in the short film are Mahsa Bayat, Seyyed-Ahmad Mousavirad, Peyman Shalbafan, Zahra Sheikhzadeh and Hossein Jamei.
The Nickel festival celebrates independent films and provides an opportunity for the audience to watch such shorts and features.
The event hosts films that are challenging and engaging and offer a new perspective to the viewers.
The 2021 edition of the festival is slated for July 19-25.
