Amir Kabir Polymer Co. Breaks Polymer Output Record

EHRAN (Dispatches) – Amir Kabir Petrochemical Plant broke its polymer production record by 30 percent in the first half of the current calendar year, which began on March 21.
According to the company, production of polymer products in the company rose by 30% year-on-year in the H1, crossing the 315,000-ton threshold for the first time in ten years.
The plant’s monthly output during the period averaged around 52,000 tons while the total productivity of the company stood at 242,000 for last year’s H1.
The plant is expected to yield 700,000 of products this year, 100% of its nameplate capacity.
During the same period, the facility received 175,192 tons of ethylene during the period which was 265% of its expected feedstock supply. The amount also grew 125% year-on-year.
Amir Kabir Petrochemical Plant is a supplier of various polymer products including high-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene and linear low-density polyethylene.
And also, Aghajari Oil and Gas Production Company (AOGPC)’s crude oil production stood at 104.6% of its planned productivity in the first half of the current calendar year, which began on March 21.
The CEO of AOGPC Ebrahim Piramoun, said the company had managed to fulfill its obligations during the H1.
AOGPC is a subsidiary of the NISOC.
The official said the company’s gas liquids output was also at 105.3% of its planned production in the six months since March 21.
During the 6 months, the company carried out 44 preforation, coiled tubing, well acidizing, and workover operations.
He also said that by using MOS and MOT machinery, the company prevented burning of 81,950 barrels of crude oil during the same period.
