Berlin, Tehran Broaden Academic Cooperation
TEHRAN (FNA)- Officials of Iranian Technical and Vocational University and German University of Applied Sciences exchanged views on ways to broaden academic and educational cooperation, and vowed to increase bilateral ties with exchange programs and joint projects.
The International Director General of Iran’s Technical and Vocational University Farajollah Talebi held talks with International Director of German University of Applied Sciences Dr. Doust Mohamadian on development of joint academic cooperation and holding special business courses.
The exchange of professors and students, as well as the implementation of joint educational projects and courses, setting up joint center in research field and launching tutorial has been cited as the main objective of this visit.
Iran and Germany are enjoying close relations and have agreed to run many joint projects since the removal of anti-Iran sanctions due to the Iran nuclear deal of July 14, 2015.
In a related front, late in April, Iran’s Persian Gulf University and Germany’ Rostock University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to take needed steps to widen bilateral educational and academic interactions.
