Johor Darul Ta’zim, featuring Shahab Zahedi in their starting XI, secured a three-goal victory in the AFC Champions League Elite.
Two matches took place in the East region during the third week of the AFC Champions League Elite group stage. Johor Darul Ta’zim, with Shahab Zahedi in their starting lineup, defeated their visitors by three goals.
Zahedi started the match and was substituted in the 57th minute.
A few minutes later, the player who replaced him managed to score the team’s second goal.
Following this win, Johor Darul Ta’zim moved to second place with 7 points.
Meanwhile, Japan’s Vissel Kobe defeated Dijon by a single goal, reaching 9 points and taking the top spot in the East Asia region.
