TEHRAN - Sanat Naft Abadan have appointed Sirous Pourmousavi as the club’s new head coach following weeks of deliberation by the board of directors.
The club spokesperson  Sandarouni said that after evaluating various candidates, Seyyed Sirous Pourmousavi was selected as the new head coach to lead the team for the remainder of the national Premier League season.”
Highlighting the critical situation Sanat Naft Abadan faces in the Premier League, he added: “The club’s management aims to establish technical stability and create the necessary conditions for the team to return to a path of success. We hope that with the arrival of the new head coach, we will see improved results and the satisfaction of Abadan’s passionate fans.”
Emphasizing the importance of fan support, the spokesperson stated: “Sanat Naft belongs to the people of Abadan, and fan support can play a vital role in the team’s success and in overcoming the current difficult circumstances.”
Pourmousavi has previously managed various football teams across the country.
