TEHRAN - The flag-bearers for the Iranian delegation at the Youth Olympic Games and the bonus amounts for medalists have been determined.
According to Tasnim News Agency, Mehdi Alinejad, Secretary-General of the National Olympic Committee, said that Benyamin Faraji and Hadis Yari have been selected as the flag-bearers for Iran’s sports delegation at the Youth Olympics in Senegal.
During on Monday press conference, the Secretary-General also specified the bonus amounts for medalists: one billion tomans for a gold medal, 400 million tomans for a silver medal, and 150 million tomans for a bronze medal.
The Youth Olympics in Senegal will be held in Dakar from October 31 to November 13, 2026.
