UAE Regime’s Suicidal Steps

“The neighbor stays, but the guest goes,” said a senior Iranian official in a piece of advice to the regime of the 7-state confederation called the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on what was known as the “Pirate Coast of Arabia”, because of the lawless nature of its tribes plundering of passing vessels.
Former 4-term (16 year-long) Foreign Minister Dr. Ali Akbar Velayati, who serves as a senior adviser on international affairs to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei, warned the Aal-e Nahyan regime, whose sheikh and siblings are the domineering party in UAE by virtue of Abu Dhabi’s size and oil wealth amongst the 7 sheikhdoms against questioning Iran’s age-old sovereignty over three of the Persian Gulf islands.
Pointing to the fact that the islands of Abu Musa, Greater Tunb, and Lesser Tunb, have been part of Iran since the past several centuries – if not millenniums, he said “a country whose political life does not reach half a century” is advised not to challenge the historical, geographical, political, and military stature of Iran.
“Imported security has an expiration date,” said the senior diplomat regarding the UAE’s sitting like a poodle in the lap of faraway US and conspiring against Islamic unity and Arab nationality by forging ties with the illegal Zionist entity.
Recently, at the UN General Assembly podium in New York the UAE in a bid to cover up its plotting against the Palestinian people in complicity with Israel, had repeated the absurd claim of the past few years over the three said Iranian islands.
It is obvious the UAE, or more properly the Aal-e Nahyan regime, is trying to punch above its weight by meddling in the affairs of Yemen, cozying up with Israel, and providing military bases to the US to attack the Islamic Republic of Iran.
It is a suicidal step. One wrong move in complicity with the US and Israel against Iran, will result in the total destruction of the Aal-e Nahyan regime and its cohorts, whom neither Washington nor Tel Aviv can protect from extinction.
A further indelible blot on the UAE was the recent covert visit to the sheikhdom by child-killer Benjamin Netanyahu – bloodthirsty terrorist responsible for the Gaza genocide.
It seems the Aal-e Nahyan regime is playing with fire, a fire that might burn it to extinction, by mistakenly banking upon the so-called security provided by foreigner US, whose bases in the UAE were reduced to rubble by the Iranian retaliation.
It is therefore, advisable for the UAE to build relations with neighbours in the spirit of Islamic solidarity, instead of dallying with the sworn enemy of Arabs and Muslims, the illegal Zionist entity.
