TEHRAN - Iran’s national security and dignity are “red lines” that will be safeguarded with overwhelming military and economic force against any future hostile adventurism, says a senior advisor to Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei.
Muhammad Mokhber delivered the message as the Iranian leadership continues to consolidate its strategic victories following the illegal U.S.-Israeli war of aggression.
“Our message, from the frontlines of the battlefield to the United Nations, is united and decisive: national dignity and security are our red lines,” Mokhber stated.
He underscored Iran’s defiance in the face of Western pressure at the UN amid the 2026 UN General Assembly.
Mokhber cautioned that any new “adventurism” by the U.S.-Israeli coalition or their allies will be met with a “regret-inducing and devastating military and economic response.”
Drawing a historical parallel, Mokhber attributed Iran’s current resilience and strategic upper hand to the enduring spirit of the 1980-1988 imposed war with Iraq’s Ba’athist regime, known in Iran as the Sacred Defense.
“Today’s victory against the historic aggression on Iran is the fruit of the resistance during the Sacred Defense.”
Iran marks over 200 consecutive nights of historic nationwide street rallies, celebrating the failure of the U.S.-Israeli military campaign that began on February 28.
