Asian Kurash Confederation Invites 11 Iranians to Asian Games
TEHRAN - The head of the Kurash Association announced the official invitation of the Asian Korash Confederation to 11 Iranians to cooperate in the 2026 Asian Games.
Dariush Khosrowyar, head of the Korash Association, said that the Asian Kurash Confederation has sent separate orders to invite 11 prominent Iranian figures to cooperate in organizing the Nagoya 2026 Asian Games Kurash competitions.
Dariush Khosrowyar added, Muhammad Reza Nasiri Nejad has been elected as the Secretary General of the International Kurash Association and Kourosh Khosrowyar has been elected as the head of the jury of this competition.
Mohsen Rostami, Abbas Ranjkesh, Mojtaba Tavakoli Azghandi and Muhammad Khani Esfandabadi were also introduced as judges for this event.
In the executive section, Afshin Janabi, Ali Akbar Bahari, Hanieh Ahmadi, Susan Khosrowyar and Ali Emadi will cooperate as organizers of the competitions.
This selection reflects the high status of Iranian sports at the technical and managerial level of the Asian Karate Federation and the Confederation’s trust in the capabilities of Iranian specialists.
