Yemen Forces Say Saudi Drone Shot Down Over Ta’izz
SANA’A (Dispatches) — Yemen’s armed forces said on Sunday they had shot down a Saudi military reconnaissance drone over Ta’izz province in western Yemen.
Yahya Saree, spokesman for Yemen’s armed forces, said a Wing Loong II drone was targeted with an appropriate weapon while carrying out what he described as hostile missions over the northwestern part of Maqbanah district.
