TEHRAN – The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) said on Monday that more than 90% of the country’s missile stockpile remains untouched and that all military facilities have been rebuilt in secure locations, as a senior commander declared that the United States is “paralyzed” and has suffered heavy losses in the recent war.
Brigadier General Muhammad Reza Naqdi, a senior adviser to the IRGC commander-in-chief, said in an interview with Al Mayadeen television that Iran has achieved “deterrence” and that its priority is neither war nor negotiation.
“The war stopped because America was paralyzed, suffered losses and was hit,” Naqdi said.
Naqdi emphasized that Iran’s military capabilities remain robust despite the conflict. 
“More than 90% of Iran’s missile reserves remain untouched, and all facilities have been rebuilt in very secure locations and are operating with modern and advanced technologies at a higher production rate,” he said.
He added: “We have hundreds of cities and industrial complexes, and we have capabilities that enable us to hide our production in various ways, whether underground or above ground.”
Naqdi also addressed the relationship between the IRGC and the government of President Masoud Pezeshkian, describing it as strong and cohesive.
“The relationship between the Guards and the government is in its best state; this relationship is excellent and very solid,” he said.
The commander dismissed the Israeli military’s capabilities, saying it relies heavily on aerial bombardment. “The Israeli army relies on bombing; without such bombing, its ground forces are useless,” he said.
Naqdi warned that Iran has not yet resorted to asymmetric warfare, suggesting a higher level of confrontation could be employed if necessary.
“Asymmetric warfare means war on Wall Street, in Manhattan,

 and at any place and any time,” he said. “What we have done so far has been conventional warfare; we have not yet entered asymmetric warfare.”
Addressing U.S. President Donald Trump, Naqdi said he is orchestrating conflicts for financial gain.
“Trump organizes war in a way that generates profits in the stock market or allows his inner circle to benefit in the oil sector,” he said. “If the Americans want to make a rational decision that secures their interests, they will not start another war against us.”
Naqdi dismissed any possibility of U.S. influence over Iran’s strategic positions, including the Strait of Hormuz.
“Even if they build a concrete wall around Iran and station guards along it, Iran will remain steadfast and powerful,” he said.
He also addressed Iran’s commitments to the Supreme National Security Council, warning that any enemy attack will come at a heavy cost.
“We are implementing the commitments announced by the Supreme National Security Council, but the enemy must know that if it attacks us, it will pay a heavy price,” he said. “Our priority is neither war nor negotiation; the goal is achieving deterrence.”
Naqdi also noted that one of the enemies’ objectives has been to create a rift between Iran and the Axis of Resistance, but that such efforts has failed.
“One of the enemies’ goals was to create a rift between us and the Axis of Resistance, but this rift did not occur; rather, our ties have become much stronger,” he said.
