GAZA (Dispatches) -- Israeli atrocities continued across the occupied Palestinian territories on Tuesday, with multiple airstrikes and ground raids killing and wounding dozens, as the genocidal war on Gaza enters its third year with no end in sight.
In Gaza, Israeli warplanes bombed a tent sheltering displaced families near Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah, killing at least one person and wounding several others. 
A child, Hasan al-Hafi, aged four, was killed in an Israeli strike on a family home in the Bureij refugee camp. In Khan Yunis, a child succumbed to critical wounds sustained from earlier Israeli gunfire. 
Israeli forces also bombed a desalination plant and a mosque in Gaza City’s Sheikh Radwan neighborhood. In central Gaza, an Israeli airstrike targeted a residential apartment, while another struck agricultural land, causing damage but no immediate casualties. 
The Gaza Health Ministry warned that hospitals are overwhelmed and facing severe shortages of medicine and fuel.
In the occupied West Bank, Israeli forces shot and killed a child in Askar Camp near Nablus during a military raid that saw live ammunition and tear gas fired at stone-throwing Palestinian youth. 
In Silwan, East Al-Quds, three Palestinians were killed—two by Israeli forces intervening in a family dispute, with the UN stressing that “lethal force must be a last resort.” 
Israeli forces raided Al Auja village near Jericho, arrested a child, and damaged several homes. Settlers rampaged through Bethlehem and Nablus, stealing livestock, cutting electricity poles, and vandalizing property under the protection of Israeli forces.
This follows Sunday’s killings when Israeli forces killed three Palestinians in Gaza, including four-year-old Muhammad Abdel Salam Taha, in response to several kites that harmlessly floated across the fence into Israeli occupied territories. 
Israeli warplanes bombed a warehouse in Al-Zawayda and two areas on Salah al-Din Street in central Gaza, spraying shrapnel that also injured six others. Quadcopter drones opened fire on Shujaiya and Khan Yunis, wounding at least a dozen more, including journalist Ezz al-Din al-Batsh.
Israel’s terrorist war minister Israel Katz ordered the military to “act immediately and forcefully” against kite launches. 
The army admitted “no suspicious findings were identified on the kites” and “at no stage was there any danger to the public.” Yet Katz declared: “A balloon is treated like a kite, and a kite is treated like a drone – with or without explosives.”
Despite a ceasefire signed nearly a year ago, Israeli forces have killed at least 1,286 Palestinians in Gaza since the agreement took effect. Abu Ahmed, a witness, told Al Jazeera: “There is no ceasefire; there is nothing. We want solutions; we want to live in peace.”
Hamas called the kites “children’s toys” and said Israeli threats are “fabricated pretexts” to justify continued aggression. Analysts note: “It is inconceivable that a state possessing a nuclear arsenal considers a paper kite flown by a Palestinian child a security threat.”
