TEHRAN - Iran’s Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi has held separate telephone conversations with his counterparts from Pakistan and Oman, reviewing the latest regional developments and ongoing diplomatic efforts to strengthen peace and stability in the region.
Pakistani Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar on Monday night spoke by phone with Araghchi.
The two foreign ministers examined current regional events and the trajectory of diplomatic efforts, underscoring the need for continued close cooperation and consultations between Tehran and Islamabad to achieve lasting peace and security across the region.
The Pakistani Foreign Ministry later issued a statement on the call, confirming that Foreign Minister Dar invited his Iranian counterpart to visit Pakistan at the earliest possible opportunity.
