TEHRAN – Iranian swimmers Parsa Shahshahani and Daniyal Jahangiri have won bronze medals in the backstroke and 100-meter freestyle events in the Asian age group swimming competitions.
In the Asian Aquatics Championships and in the swimming section, Parsa Shahshahani won the bronze medal in the 200-meter backstroke event of the Asian Championship. He won this medal in the 17-18 age group with a time of 2:04:22.
In this section, the representative of Kazakhstan finished in first.
Also, Daniyal Jahangiri came in third place in the final of the 100-meter freestyle event in the 17-18 age group with a time of 50.92 seconds and won the bronze medal.
