Afghan, Iranian FMs Discuss Regional Stability, Bilateral Cooperation
TEHRAN – Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi spoke by phone with Afghanistan’s Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi on Monday to discuss bilateral cooperation and recent developments between Pakistan and Afghanistan. Araqchi stressed the importance of peace and stability in the region and called for enhanced consultations and coordination among neighboring countries. Muttaqi welcomed the diplomatic efforts and expressed support for ongoing regional dialogue, underscoring the need for continued collaboration to strengthen stability and constructive engagement in the region.
