TEHRAN – Iran’s Siavash Siahi Kolankouh won a bronze medal in the 12th Men’s Artistic Gymnastics Asian Championships on Saturday.
He finished in third place on rings with a 14.133.
China’s Lan Xingyu and Yang Haonan dominated the event, taking gold and silver with 14.933 and 14.233, respectively.
The competition is being held in Jecheon, South Korea from June 5 to 8.
Delegates from 20 Asian federations gather to mark the start of the 18th Junior and 12th Senior Men’s Artistic Gymnastics (MAG) Championships.
Abolfazl Nikkhoo, Amir Mohammad Rahmani, Amir Abbas Mojahed, Pooria Amanifar and Saeid Elahi represent Iran in the event.
