TEHRAN -- The animated film “Lambie the Hero” has set a new benchmark in Iranian cinema by surpassing 630 billion rials in total box office revenue.
The movie achieved remarkable success through its mobile screening program, attracting over 187,000 viewers in more than 2,000 screenings.
During its mobile screening phase, “Bebi Hero” generated 30.6 billion rilas in revenue, solidifying its position as the highest-grossing animated film in Iranian cinema history.
The record-breaking performance demonstrates the movie’s strong audience connection and the continued evolution of the Iranian animation industry.
The animated film is directed by Hussein Saffarzadeh and Meysam Husseini.
