TEHRAN -- The historical series ‘Killing the Guest’, directed by Ahmad Kavari and produced by Kambiz Darabi, continues filming.
The 30-episode series portrays the life of Muslim ibn Aqil (AS), focusing on his journey to Kufa and the subsequent martyrdom.
The series is scheduled for release in Muharram 2025.
The cast list includes Maryam Momen as Ruqayyeh, Muslim’s wife, Hessam Manzour as Ubayd Allah ibn Ziyad, Pejman Bazeghi as Yazid, Behrad Muhammadi as Muslim, and Leila Otadi as Hind.
The urban drama ‘One, Three, Seven’, directed by Manouchehr Hadi and written by Amir-Muhammad Abdi, has revealed the addition of prominent actresses, including Laya Zanganeh, Maryam Momen, Sima Tirandaz, and Rozita Ghaffari.
