TEHRAN – The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) chief Major General Hussein Salami said Monday the expanse of Iran’s power goes beyond its borders.
“Our power exceeds Iran’s borders, and all our enemies have to arrange their calculations in line with this very momentous power since their first mistake might be their last,” Salami said.
Touching on the IRGC’s power, he said, “I daresay that no power across the world is capable of conquering this power, neither on the ground nor at sea or in the air.”
He also hailed sacrifices made by the IRGC for the people and in the battlefield.
Elsewhere in his remarks, the IRGC commander said the regional Axis of Resistance produces its own weaponry.
“Everyone fights using their own capability, and no one relies on others. We support the resistance front, using all our capacity, but they produce their own weapons. Their tactics belong to themselves, and ours belong to us.”
The commander touched on Operation True Promise in which the IRGC used its own weapons to hit Zionist targets inside the occupied Palestinian territories. 
Salami said the Islamic Republic maintains the same causes and beliefs as those of the Lebanese and Yemenis people, who are fighting the Zionist aggression and occupation.
“Our enemies are common too,” he added.
Gen. Salami asserted that the Zionist regime and its supporters “do not have a bright prospect for their future.”
“Today, the Zionists live amid more and more apprehension compared to the past, have hit a dead end, and do not have a bright outlook for the future.”
He said the Zionist regime’s efforts and those of its backers to defeat the faithful are futile, since they contradict the divine tradition of victory of the right over the wrong.
IRGC Navy chief Rear Admiral Alireza Tangsiri also said all of Iranian armed forces are prepared to defend the country’s territorial integrity.
He said the IRGC’s presence in the Persian Gulf waters and near the Strait of Hormuz has proved that the armed forces are ready to defend the country and its sea and land borders under the command of Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.
