TEHRAN -- Iranian actress Maral Farjad has recently received congratulations on her birthday and emotional messages wishing her good health as she is still battling cancer.
Maral’s sister, Mona, who is also an actress posted a photo of her sibling to congratulate her on her birthday, saying “You mean the world to me.”
“I become happy when I see the smile of satisfaction and happiness on your lips, and feel sad due to your sadness…. You are my sister, friend, companion and child,” Mona added, wishing Maral many happy returns of the day.
The emotional post has so far drawn many comments from their fans who wished Maral a speedy recovery.
Nearly two years ago, Maral was diagnosed with cancer in shocking news that saddened her fans.
Maral, who is currently residing in Hungary, was born in 1982. She is the daughter of the veteran actor Jalil Farjad.
