TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iranian navy commander Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari plans to pay an official visit to Kazakhstan on Sunday to hold talks on ways to boost defense cooperation between the two neighboring countries.
Heading a high-ranking delegation, the Iranian navy commander plans to meet with his Kazakh counterpart, General Zhandarbek Zhanzakov, as well as other senior officials of the Central Asian country. During his trip to Kazakhstan, Sayyari will also hold talks with Kazakh Defense Minister Imangali Tasmagambetov.
