New Year Hopes

Salaam dear young friends and heartiest congratulations to you all. This is our first chat of the year 2023, which started on Sunday.
Yet another new year has begun, and we earnestly hope that it will arouse the conscience of humanity, especially the leaders of nations who have become devoid of all humanitarian values and have plunged the Planet into wars, bloodshed, poverty, misery, misfortune, and homelessness.
The West claims to be Christian but it has no regard for the principles to which Prophet Jesus (AS) adhered and he endeavoured to guide people towards the straight and unwavering path of the One and Only God Almighty, Who is far too glorious to have the need for any son, or for that matter, a daughter.
Well friends, as you all know, 3 years back on 3rd of January the whole world was in the state of shock when the US in a terrorist act martyred the beloved Generals of Iran and Iraq, who stood like a wall between the bloodthirsty Daesh terrorists and the innocent women and children of Iraq and Syria.
General Qassem Soleimani along with his Abu Mahdi al-Mohandis attained martyrdom at Baghdad Airport when their enemies, unable to confront them on the battlefield launched an unmanly drone attack to assassinate them.
For your information, Gen. Soleimani loved the children, especially those whose fathers were martyred in fighting the US-backed Daesh Takfiris.
On Monday, Defense Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran Muhammad Reza Ashtiani issued a statement reaffirming the armed forces’ commitment to take revenge for the terror attack.
He said the Iranian armed forces would never give up on avenging the assassination, pledging that the terrorists behind the crime will surely pay for their crime.
Yet another new year has begun, and we earnestly hope that it will arouse the conscience of humanity, especially the leaders of nations who have become devoid of all humanitarian values and have plunged the Planet into wars, bloodshed, poverty, misery, misfortune, and homelessness.
Before saying goodbye, we should remember that celebration does not mean committing sin, but rather it involves remembering the Almighty Lord and being grateful to Him for showering His mercy and bounties upon us.
