TEHRAN (IP) – A water sports festival was held in Bushehr Province on the edge of the Persian Gulf, aiming to promote tourism.
Iranian male and female athletes in various water sports on the beautiful Shoghab beach of Bushehr in the scorching heat of southern Iran displayed freshness and excitement for the tourists.
The tourism and sports authorities of Bushehr Province are trying to activate all the tourism capacities in this southern province of Iran with cooperation and synergy, one of these capacities is to strengthen water sports to promote tourism on the beautiful beaches of Bushehr.
Director-General of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Bushehr Province, Esmail Sajjadimanesh, stated that the beautiful beaches of Bushehr belong to everyone and are very influential in the formation and development of marine tourism.
In addition to the beautiful beaches on the shores of the Persian Gulf, Bushehr Province has diverse marine, historical, ancient and cultural tourism capacities, and tourists can see part of Iran’s beauty by traveling to this province.
