DOHA – Iran’s basketball team has advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2022 FIBA Under-16 Asian Championship underway in Qatar’s capital.
The Iranian basketballers had won the first game in the Doha championship by defeating the Indonesian team.
Iranians gained the second victory against Jordan at the event.
Thirteen teams are competing in the tournament which started on June 12 and will end on June 19.
