Tehran Holds Islamic World Tourism Exhibition
TEHRAN (IFILM) -- Iranian capital city of Tehran is to host the 1st edition of the Islamic World Tourism Exhibition (IWTF) at Shar-e-Aftab International Fairground.
Organized by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicraft, The Islamic World Educational, and the National Commission of Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO), the exhibition will be held on June 7-10, 2022.
According to the Executive Secretary of the IWTF Expo, “Specialized meetings are to be held for all activists from hoteliers, service offices, and airlines operating in Islamic countries so that they can exchange tourism development opportunities in their countries during sessions they hold.”
Turkey, Pakistan, Iraq, Tajikistan, the Persian Gulf countries, and African countries have been consulted over holding the IWTE event, with the exhibition to be held in dedicated pavilions.
