Dream of a Horse Makes It to Poland’s KFF

TEHRAN -- Iranian documentary ‘The Dream of a Horse’ has made its way to the 62nd Krakow Film Festival (KFF), an Oscar-qualifying festival, in Poland.
The 25-minute flick by Marjan Khosravi was named one of the documentaries qualified for the short film competition at the KFF.
‘The Dream of a Horse’ is about the challenges of the life of a 15-year-old nomadic girl.
Earlier reports said Iranian documentary ‘Parizad’ by Mehdi Imani-Shahmiri will also take part in the festival.
The KFF is included on “the prestigious list of film events qualifying for the Academy Awards in the short film competition (fiction film, animated film, documentary film) and feature-length documentary film competition”, website of the event reads.
It also “qualifies for BAFTA awards in the short documentary and fiction film category”.
The 62nd KFF will take place in Krakow cinemas on May 29-June 5, 2022.
