Tehran Reopens Printing Industry Exhibition
TEHRAN (IBNA) -- The 4th Iran’s Printing and Packaging Industry Exhibition (IPAP) will be held in Tehran’s Shahr-e Aftab (The Sun City) on August 30 to September 2 after 2 years of hiatus due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Reza Rahmani, Executive Director of the event told IBNA: “The exhibition is held after a two-year hiatus due to coronavirus pandemic this event will be held as a follow-up to the experiences of the previous editions of IPAP and this time we try to take more innovative measures.”
“This year’s exhibition will be attended by experts of printing and packaging machinery, as well as foodstuffs and cardboard production,” he said.
“Several countries from Central Asia, as well as CIS countries and Arab language countries such as Iraq, Qatar and Oman have been invited to the 4th IPAP,” Rahmani stated.
IPAP is the new platform in Iran for all suppliers of packaging technology, related process industries and the printing industry along the complete value creation chain.
This exhibition is co-organized by Messe Dusseldorf, one of the leading exhibition centers in the industry, and is supported by two main brands of Dusseldorf: drupa supports the full range of printing and interpack supports the full range of packaging and processing in this exhibition.
IPAP targets all suppliers along the entire value chain for printing technologies - from prepress/print, pre-media/multichannel, post-press, converting and packaging, materials, flexible packaging, paper and cardboard production, equipment, services and infrastructure.
Shahr-e Aftab is Iran’s latest and biggest exhibition center. Conveniently located between Tehran City and the international airport with access to several highways and public transportation connections, it totaly offers 1.3 million square feet of exhibit space in 16 halls.
