TEHRAN (IP) -- Iranians throughout the country celebrated National Girl’s Day, which coincides with the birthday anniversary of Hazrat Fatemeh Ma’soumeh, the daughter of the seventh Imam Musa al-Kadhim.
National Girls’ Day has been established to emphasize the role of women and girls in every aspect of society, even in urban planning, so Iranian women can become more familiarised with the unique personality of Hazrat Fatemeh Masoumeh (peace be upon her).
Every year coincides with the birthday anniversary of Hazrat Fatemeh Ma’soumeh (Peace be upon her), which falls on June 1 this year; people in Iran value their daughters by congratulating and giving a gift to them.
The Keramat Ten Days in Iran marks the ten days between the birth anniversaries of Hazrat Masoumeh (SA, also the National Day of Girls) and Her Brother, Imam Reza (AS), the 8th Shia Imam.
