Can Iraq Thwart US-Saudi-Zionist Plot against Islamic Sanctity, National Unity?

By: Kayhan Int’l Staff Writer

The latest act of sedition against Islamic sanctities by the heretical Saudis in trying to insult the most revered religious authority in Iraq is neither strange nor surprising in view of the setbacks this spurious British created entity continues to suffer on its way to its fast approaching extinction.
The incident that surprised the Iraqi nation and the whole Islamic world, however, was the use of tear gas and baton-assault by the so-called security forces that injured several peaceful Iraqi Muslim protestors outside Saudi Arabia’s embassy in Baghdad yesterday.
It is very strange that at a time when all Iraqis, irrespective of their ethnicity, political inclinations, and religious affiliations, have joined ranks to unanimously denounce the insulting caricature of Grand Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Sistani published by the London-based Saudi daily ‘Sharq al-Awsat’, violence has been used against the Iraqi people in their own homeland by elements that seem to be on the payroll of the Wahhabi regime of Riyadh.
It is obvious to all Iraqis that the venerated Man of God who has salvaged the solidarity and sovereignty of the nation by thwarting the divisive designs of the US occupation forces to balkanize Iraq and by mobilizing the masses as Hashd ash-Sha’bi (Popular Mobilization Units – PMU) to defeat the macabrely murderous Saudi plot of turning Iraq into ‘Takfiristan’, is intensely hated by both the US and its poodle in the region, Saudi Arabia, as well as by the illegal Zionist entity.
Does this mean there is a connection to last week’s abortive detention of some members of the PMU and the insulting caricature of the Grand Ayatollah, followed by Sunday’s attack on a peaceful rally exercising its right to demand closure of the supposed embassy of Saudi Arabia which is in reality a den of seditionists?
This needs a thorough probe that requires the immediate implementation of last January’s parliamentary decision for expulsion of all American military personnel (read CENTCOM terrorists) from the soil of Iraq.
This is the duty of the new Iraqi premier, Mustafa al-Kadhimi, who before being entrusted last month with the Chief Executive’s post, was in charge of the country’s intelligence services. He very well knows that the heretical Wahhabi regime – along with its masters in Washington and Tel Aviv – is the avowed enemy of Iraq, the Iraqi people, and above all their Islamic faith, as devotees of the Immaculate Ahl al-Bayt of Prophet Muhammad (SAWA).
Hence the Saudi blasphemy against the Iraqi nation’s Source of Emulation (Marja’ at-Taqlid) after the failure of the treasonous move against one of the most prominent anti-terrorist PMU units, the Kataib Hezbollah.
It is time that the Aal-e Saud Najdi clan, which is in occupation of the Land of Revelation (Hijaz) and the oilfields of the eastern region, as well as other parts of Arabia, was cut down to its size.
When the brave people of Yemen can do it, why not Iraq, which shoulders a greater responsibility in confronting the seditious Wahhabis, since it is home to the sacred shrines in the holy cities of Najaf and Karbala respectively, of the Leader of the Faithful, Imam Ali (AS), and the Chief of Martyrs, Imam Husain (AS)!
Hopefully, the new cabinet in Baghdad would prove its credentials in the interests of religious sanctity and national unity by ordering the closure of the Saudi embassy and consulates in Iraq, and implementing the parliamentary law for exit of all American soldiers from the sacred soil of Mesopotamia.
Remember, Iraq’s independence, sovereignty, and progress, depends upon the guidelines of the Howza in holy Najaf, in order to prevent the country from becoming a client state or slipping again into the dark abyss of unrepresentative rule, as was the case during the divisive days of the anti-national Ba’th minority regime.
