Turkey Hosts ‘Iran Movie Days’

TEHRAN (IFILM) -- Turkey’s largest city, Istanbul, is set to screen nine Iranian films from the past few years as part of the three-day event "Iran Movie Days”.
‘Today’ directed by Reza Mirkarimi, ‘Azar, Shahdokht, Parviz and Others’ by Behrouz Afkhami and Kamal Tabrizi’s ‘Sweet Taste of Imagination’ are among the films which will be screened in the event this week.
The lineup also includes ‘Bodyguard’ made by Ebrahim Hatamikia, Hassan Barzideh’s ‘Mazar Sharif’ and ‘Track 143’ by Narges Abyar.
The three other movies are ‘Where Are My Shoes?’ by Kiumars Pourahmad, ‘Once upon a time… Love & Betrayal’ by Davoud Bidel and ‘Crazy Castle’, directed by Abolhassan Davoudi.
"Iran Movie Days” will open in Istanbul on Friday and run until Sunday.
The event is organized by the Cultural Department of the Consulate General of Iran in Istanbul and the municipality of Beyoglu district.
