Iranian Titles Nominated at World Independent Grand Off
TEHRAN (IFILM) -- Iran short titles have won nominations at the World Independent Short Film Awards-Grand Off in Poland.
The 13th edition of the Polish event has announced the shortlisted works to compete for the awards. Five Iranian shorts attending the event are among the announced titles.
Mohammad Hormozi’s ‘Inner Self’ is nominated for the Best Directing and ‘Qarlavaj’ directed by Ehsan Kamali will be competing for the Best Cinematography award.
Hamidreza Taheri’s ‘Fit In’ is selected as one of the five works competing for the Best Actor award.
Ahmad Monajjemi’s ‘Don’t Forget Today’ is picked at the category of the Best Fiction and ‘The Last Eagle’ directed by Reza Golchin is due to win the Best Animation award.
