TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iranian freestylers Bahman Teymouri and Reza Yazdani have claimed two more gold medals at the 2019 Asian Wrestling Championships.
Teymouri defeated Parveen Rana from India 3-0 in the final match of the 79kg weight category.
Yazdani beat Olziisaikhany Batzul from Mongolia 7-4 in the 97kg final bout.
Earlier in the day, Reza Atri had won a gold medal after defeating Kumsong Kang from North Korea 9-3 in the final match of the 57kg.
Peyman Biabani in the 65kg and Younes Emami in the 70k also won two bronze medals.
The 2019 Asian Wrestling Championships are being held in Xian, China, from April 23 to 28.
