Miscalculating US Officials Turn Out To Be Blundering Fools

By: S. Nawabzadeh

"Praise belongs to the God Who made our enemies among the fools”
The gem of a statement mentioned above is from no less a personality that Imam Zain al-Abedin (AS), the 4th Infallible Heir of Prophet Muhammad (SAWA), in one of his supplications in the Divine Court in expression of gratitude to God’s favours.
The Islamic Republic and the Revolution that brought it into existence forty years ago by ending US hegemony and casting into the trashcan of history the British-installed Pahlavi potentate, indeed entrusted the system of government to the Iranian Muslim masses who continue to be thankful to the Exalted Creator for decreeing that their enemies would be none but the fools.
It should be recalled that the Father of the Islamic Revolution, Imam Khomeini (God bless him), whose famous phrase "the US cannot do a damn thing” echoes all over the world today inspiring revolutionaries to drive out American-backed terrorist forces, had aptly described as "imbecile” US president, Ronald Reagan, who in his futile bid to overthrow the Islamic Republic had provided every means of support to the Ba’thist megalomaniac Saddam during the 8-year imposed war of the 1980s, including the cowardly command to Will Rogers of the USS Vincennes to shoot down an Iranian passenger plane with some three hundred people on board.
Washington’s witless record against Iran is not just crystal clear, but instead of jolting the conscience of the successive administrations to wake up to realities and rectify their blunders of the past, has further enmeshed them in their daydreams to undermine the popular Islamic system of government, which for President Donald Trump and his team of thugs, are turning into nightmares.
As the Americans, in their blind animosity against the Muslim people of Iran, miscalculate more than ever despite imposing the most unjust and illegal economic sanctions, the Islamic Republic continues its march towards progress in all fields, including aerospace technology (with more satellites to be soon launched into outer space) and at the same time inspires freedom lovers in the region and beyond to stand firmly against American hegemony and American clients.
Haven’t the American officials made fools of themselves through their unending miscalculations vis-à-vis Iran and the Iranian people?
Definitely they have. This was the reason the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, in his latest public address last Wednesday, while attributing the hostility of the arrogant powers to the growing power of the Islamic Revolution, stated without the least ambiguity: "American officials are first-rate fools”.
Here we are not concerned with the shattering of the daydreams of a bozo like John Bolton – US National Security Advisor – to celebrate Christmas in Tehran with the MKO terroristic traitors after overthrowing the Islamic Republic by 2019.
Neither we give any value to the gangster Mike Pompeo (US Secretary of State), who visits our neighbourhood to spew poison against us as he tries to assemble a so-called international gathering to check what he calls Iran’s growing influence in the region.
Nor do we give consideration to such nonsensical words from the administration of Donald the Dotard that – of all nations – Iran should learn from Saudi Arabia how to observe human rights.
It is obvious that the harebrained clown wants Iran to not just submit to US hegemony and put all our rich natural resources at American disposal (like the milk cow called Saudi Arabia), but indulge in such heinous crimes like imposing wars on neighbouring states, savagely dismembering people with bone saw, and funding macabre terrorists like Daesh to commit every imaginable crimes against humanity.
To quote Ayatollah Khamenei once again: "The Islamic Revolution is preparing the grounds for an Islamic civilization, which will — in case it becomes fruitful—by the grace of God put an end to the arrogance, oppression, and colonization, which feed on the blood of other nations. The nations across the world—even the Western nations—bear no hostility against the message and the ideal of the Islamic Revolution. They might try to create Iranophobia and Islamophobia, but they won’t succeed.”
