Kamal Kamyabinia scored the only goal of the match in the 68th minute in Tehran’s Takhti Stadium.
Elsewhere, Srpahan of Isfahan suffered a 1-0 home defeat against Padideh.
Gostaresh Foolad and Paykan played out a goalless draw and Foolad lost to newly promoted Machine Sazi 2-1.
