TEHRAN -- President Ebrahim Raisi called for collective cooperation among independent nations in countering sanctions, reaffirming Iran’s strategic ties with the countries that are at the forefront of struggle against hegemonic powers.
“By promoting the level of relations and supplying the demands of each other, independent states can nullify and neutralize the threats and sanctions from the global hegemons,” Raisi said at a meeting with Cuba’s new ambassador to Iran here.
