The Archenemies of the Arab World Exposed

Lebanon and the Lebanese people should consider themselves fortunate in having an astute leader, whose spiritual stature, cultural capabilities, economic acumen, and political prudence, makes him chose the perfect path of progress through discerning friends from foes in the interest of not only his homeland, but also of neighbouring Arab countries, which have been mortgaged to their avowed enemies by the shortsightedness and blurred vision of self-styled politicians, whether elected or appointed.
May God protect Hojjat al-Islam Seyyed Hassan Nasrollah, the Secretary-General of Lebanon’s legendry anti-terrorist movement, the Hezbollah, who delivered a memorable speech to his nation and the world yesterday, while commemorating in Beirut the 2nd anniversary of the martyrdom of the famous Iranian general, Qassem Soleimani and his colleague, Iraq’s Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis.
He highlighted the role of Martyr Soleimani in routing terrorists and their prime mentors and thus saving Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Yemen, and other lands from the hegemony of the US and the illegal Zionist entity.
Seyyed Nasrollah questioned: How can the US, which has destroyed the economies of several Arab countries and massacred their peoples, be trusted? How can some naïve and simpleton politicians call the rootless rulers of certain Arab regimes which fund terrorists and never hesitate to backstab fellow Arabs, as “friends” or “brothers”?
He pointed out: “The United States occupied Iraq for many years, massacred its people, looted its natural resources, and created the Daesh Takfiri terrorist group. Thus, it bears total responsibility for all acts of terrorism in Iraq.”
He noted that in contrast to the US which ruined Iraq through creation and full support of Daesh, the Islamic Republic of Iran – thanks to the brilliant strategy of General Qassem Soleimani – defended the Iraqi nation in the face of the terrorists.
In view of these undeniable facts and the horrendous crimes it has committed, the US cannot be trusted and viewed as a friend of Iraq.
Seyyed Nasrollah also castigated the cultish and clannish Saudi rulers for their crimes against Arabs and Muslims, by pointing out that the General Intelligence Presidency (GIP), which is Saudi Arabia’s primary intelligence agency, had for years dispatched bombers to Iraq to carry out terrorist attacks, and the Riyadh regime officially welcomed the advance of Daesh Takfiris and occupation of large swathes of Iraqi territories in June 2014.
He noted that the US and Saudi Arabia played major roles in the massacre of Iraqi people, while the Islamic Republic of Iran, has been a staunch defender of the Iraqi nation.
The Hezbollah Chief blasted some Persian Gulf regimes for their treason in setting up diplomatic ties with the illegal Zionist entity whilst millions of Palestinians are living under occupation and oppression.
He rightly remarked: “Washington is responsible for all the crimes that Israel has perpetrated against Palestinians and the Lebanese nation. The US and Israel have killed many Palestinians, while the Arab nations’ supporters, Gen. Soleimani in particular, have sacrificed their lives.”
He noted” “Didn’t the US destroy Syria, waged an all-out war on the country, and left Syrians unprotected in order to face slow and gradual death. This is while Gen. Soleimani and Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis confronted US’ fiendish plots in Syria?”
Seyyed Nasrallah also called the Saudi-led military aggression on Yemen as a US project, emphasizing that the Riyadh regime is simply playing out Washington’s scenarios in its crisis-hit southern neighbour.
Hopefully, the so-called politicians of Arab countries would open their eyes and remove the rust from their minds by heeding the wise words of the Hezbollah Chief and making amends for their blundering policies in destroying their own nations by failing to discern foes from friends.
