TEHRAN – In a congratulatory message to the emir of Qatar, Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi on Saturday called for expansion of the political, economic and cultural relations between Tehran and Doha.
In his message to Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Raisi congratulated the Qatari emir and the Arab country’s nation on its National Day. Expressing satisfaction with the “friendly ties” between the two neighbors, the Iranian president stressed the need for the promotion of political, economic and cultural relations.
