Children’s Rights Movie Named Best in Turkey
TEHRAN (IFILM) -- Iranian movie ‘After the Incident’ has won award at the International Children’s Rights Film Festival in Turkey.
Shahab Hosseini’s latest film grabbed the best feature length movie award at the 2021 edition of the event.
Shahab Hosseini, Javad Ezzati and Bahram Afshari star in the film.
Directed by Pourya Heydari Oreh, the all-star cast movie is about a child’s wish to score a goal against Esteqlal football team, with a number of prominent footballers also appearing in the film.
Shahab Hosseini has partnered with one of the picture companies that produce the movie.
Some of the crew members include cinematographer Alireza Barazande, sound engineer Amir Torabi, editor Sara Ahani and scenic designer Babak Panahi.
The festival, organized annually to create awareness about children’s rights by the Children’s Rights Culture and Art Association, was held on November 12-20 in the historic coastal city of Izmir in Turkey.
