Foolad Sirjan Claim 2021 Asian Club Volleyball Championship
TEHRAN – Foolad Sirjan claimed the title of the 2021 Asian Men’s Club Volleyball Championship on Friday.
The Iranian team defeated Al-Arabi of Qatar in the final 3-1 (25-19, 21-25, 25-23, 25-22).
Kazakhstan’s Burevestnik Almaty also won the bronze medal after beating Thailand’s Nakhon Ratchasima QminC 3-0.
The competition was held in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand from October 8 to 15.
The Asian Men’s Club Volleyball Championship is an annual international volleyball club tournament organized by the Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC) with Thailand Volleyball Association (TVA).
Foolad qualified for the 2021 FIVB Volleyball Men’s Club World Championship as the Asia representative.
