Documentary ‘Gavchah’ Crowned Best at Romanian Festival
TEHRAN ( IFILM) -- Iranian short documentary ‘Gavchah’ has grabbed an award at the 41st edition of the International Film Festival “Autumn in Voronet” in Romania.
The documentary won the Best Film award of the Travel section at the Romanian event.
Written and directed by Kamran Rasoulzadeh and produced by Majid Zabeti, the 10-minute doc depicts one of the ancient traditions of Iranian farmers, in which a cow understands the language of its owner in a wonderful way.
‘Gavchah’ has previously taken part in some global events, including the 2021 Screen & Story Film Festival in the UK.
The “Autumn in Voronet” aims to promote the creativity of film schools, competence and professionalism in this field.
The 41st edition of the event was held on October 6-10, 2021.
