President: COVID Concerns Subsiding
TEHRAN – President Ebrahim Raisi said Saturday a noticeable increase in the imports of the coronavirus vaccine and the higher rates of inoculation across the country has alleviated concerns in fighting the pandemic.
In an address to a meeting of the coronavirus task force, Raisi nearly 50 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been imported, which is a major step. There is also hope that the number of doses administered per day would surpass 2 million very soon, the president added.
