AMMAN (MEMO) – Jordan’s Queen Noor, widow of the late King Hussein, tweeted an article published by the Washington Report on Middle East Affairs urging “reforms” in the kingdom. Titled “The Need for Economic and Political Reforms in Jordan,” the article quotes a number of experts that urge the Joe Biden administration to use its leverage to push for reforms, which the article portrays as much needed. In recent years, Queen Noor has posted reports and tweets that criticized the situation in Jordan, more so after her son, former Crown Prince Hamzah Bin Hussein was accused by authorities of plotting to create turbulence in the country.
