TEHRAN – Iran’s national volleyball team ascended to 10th place in the FIVB’s Senior World Ranking of Men after securing second victory in Tokyo Olympics.
Iran’s national volleyball team kickstarted its Tokyo Olympics marathon defeating Poland and Venezuela, bringing its world score to 265.
The so-call Team Melli (volleyball) is now sitting in tenths place in the world ranking, after Argentina, and before Japan. Brazil, Poland and Russia are on top of the list.
Iran’s team is going to face Canada, Italy and Japan in the next games in Tokyo.
